You can make any return within 7 working days from the date the order was delivered. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

As these are orders that are printed on demand, if the merchandise you have received is defective (e.g. because we have made a printing error) we will naturally accept the return and refund your money or send you your product again in perfect condition.

In order to exchange an item, we first need the item you want to return to be in our facilities. Once we have verified that it has been returned with the original packaging and that it has not been washed, we will proceed to send the item for which the customer wants to make the change.
Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

If a refund is requested, we have up to 30 days to credit the customer's account.

Return procedure

1. Send us an email to [email protected] with the order identifier and the reason for the return.
2. Customer service will provide you with the shipping address and a return code.
3. Once the product is received, if it is in perfect condition, La botiga del Liceu will proceed to exchange or refund the corresponding amount.
